New solution to an old conveying problem: Conti Clean A-H has a non-stick coating, so nothing gets a hold.

Moist materials sticking to conveyor belts are an ongoing problem. Conveyors have to be regularly shut down so that the soiled belts can be cleaned.

The Conti Clean A-H conveyor belt with its nonstick coating helps to minimize these problems. It has been repeatedly shown in the past that polymers or additives to the rubber material are unsuitable means of combating soiling. A special process is now used to provide the cover with a nonstick coating.

However, conveyor belts equipped with this cover coat do not merely repel dirt and the product conveyed, thereby helping to save the costs of cleaning and maintenance; they are also unaffected by oils and fats, are age- and weather-resistant and are antistatic. Furthermore, the belts' service life is extended since premature wear of the cover coats by scrapers is reduced.

This new development has proved to be the answer to many prayers in a large number of applications - from handling domestic waste or compost to conveying synthetic gypsum or lime/sand mixtures.
